To order a trophy or award from D & P Trophies either telephone us or fill in the order form (download as Word or PDF) and send it with your payment. Please remember to enter the catalogue number on the form.

Terms and Conditions

  • All sizes and capacities are approximate and are for guideline usage only.

  • Pictures are for illustrative purposes only and products may vary slightly from the pictures seen.

  • All prices and special offers are subject to product availability and may change at any time.

  • Payment for products by cheque on confirmation of order.

  • In the unlikely event that a product is not available, a member of staff will contact you to discuss suitable alternative products. You do have the right to cancel your order should the requested product be unavailable.

  • Should the product be out of stock, we will let you know when the expected delivery date is and establish whether this date will meet your requirements.

  • We aim to deliver the goods to your door within 5 working days of your order subject to stock availability.

  • Delivery charges to be advised after receipt of order (Charges between £6.00 and £10.00).

  • If you live close to our showroom you can arrange for collection of your order and delivery charges will not be applicable.

  • Upon receipt of your order an email should be sent to you confirming your order details. You have up to 48 hours to amend any details by contacting our showroom. After 48 hours you will be liable to the full cost of the order.

  • All of our prices listed on our site include VAT.

  • Should there be a mistake made by D & P Trophies Ltd with regards to your order, then we will endeavour to put right our mistakes as soon as possible.

  • Engraving layout is at the discretion of our professional engraving team. In the unlikely event there is a problem with any received engraved items please contact us to discuss the matter.

  • We must be notified by e-mail of any damaged deliveries within two weeks of the delivery date, otherwise responsibility cannot be accepted for credit or replacement.

  • Returns can be made as long as the products are returned in a resaleable condition. To arrange returns you must contact the showroom prior to returning the goods. Products should be returned using an insured courier at your expense.
